“i have been using ivel valley for some time now they have allways been fantastic in all time i have been ueing them i have only one issue but that was sorted out very quickly the customer service was outstandind i would highly recommend them to everyone thanks for a great service thanks to every one gary”

“My order arrived very quickly, as always. However, instead of peanut granules, I received 4 kilos of seed feeder mix. I contacted Ivel Valley as soon as I realised and the peanuts arrived the next morning. I also got to keep the seed feeder mix. Excellent service - just a shame the picker got it completely wrong.”

“On receipt of an email I discovered that I had won a competition !! I even rang customer service at Iceland Valley Wild Bird Food to see if I had been scammed. The lady was very helpful - I had won a large bird seed bundle. It arrived very promptly. Different seeds, nuts, feeders, scoop , RSPB book, mug, - amazing. Now in my garden. Happy birds. Happy me. 😄😄😄”
