“Well packaged and promptly delivered, lovely looking product , this is our 2nd order and we shall be ordering again , the product looks and smells wonderfully fresh and the birds love it ! 1 thing I feel I ought to mention , we ordered a peanut dispenser which turned out to be non recyclable , fairly thick plastic I feel this product let's you down badly as you are clearly aiming at being as responsible as possible . ( the way you grow stuff and packaging etc. ) regards Alastair”

“Have been ordering suet pellets for a year or two now and normally no problem, this is the first time it's happened. I ordered peanut suet pellets but received mealworm suet pellets, no different in price and the birds still eat them. Hence 4 stars this time instead of 5.”

“We buy all our suet balls (insect and mealworm) and peanuts from Ivel Valley. The garden birds love them! The prices are competitive and they offer free delivery. The service that Ivel Valley consistently provide is excellent. They use a reliable courier and delivery is usually the following day. Can definitely recommend.”
