“The wheat free seed mix is very good. I've used it before and it free flows in a bird feeder attracting a number of garden birds including sparrows, dunnocks, tits and robins. We also get goldfinches on the Niger seed feeders j”

“The wood stone bird box (for blue/great tits) was delivered promptly and well packaged. I decided to splash out as the two wooden boxes we had were vandalised and the nests plundered. We have had boxes up for 20 years with no previous trouble. Hopefully the birds will fledge this year.”

I am sorry that your mealworms have not arrived yet. As these come direct from our supplier, I have been in touch with them, and they have arranged for these to be resent today. Unfortunately you emailed an address that is not monitored, so I have only just found your email this morning and replied.

“Excellent product and swift delivery. I buy the mini suet pellets as I find that they are better in the feeder as they are more free-flowing than the regular size, and easier for fledglings to manage too.”

“First time using Ivel Valley and quite impressed. The items were dispatched within hours of placing the order and DPD acknowledged the receipt of the goods and noted delivery would be the next working day, which would be Monday. However, DPD tried to deliver Saturday at 12.30 pm which would have been within 24hrs, unfortunately, we were not in to receive the parcel as having been informed it would arrive Monday I had not bothered to check the excellent DPD App on my phone. Lesson learned and good try by DPD. Parcel arrived Monday in good condition. Ordered mini suet pellets and kibbled sunflower hearts which we have used for many years from various suppliers and these compare very well in terms of quality and something we always look for which is the amount of broken-down dust in the bag. We have just started feeding the birds with the items and they seem to be very well received and consumed.”

“As always, a wonderfully quick, easy and efficient service with good quality food for our feathered friends. SO very pleased that I saw their advert in the paper a few years ago. Completely reliable, next-day delivery if you order before 2pm. It feels odd to be so desperately grateful for excellent service, but it feels like a rarity nowadays. Well done dear Ivel Valley, you're an absolute STAR. My robins, bluetits, black caps, goldfinches, sparrow, blackbirds, wrens, greenfinches, starlings (and pigeons) are very grateful.”
