“I am disabled and get a lot of pleasure watching the birds feeding. The food you supply is top quality and delivered to my door. I have been using your food for over a year and it’s like the word is spreading. The variety of birds just keeps growing. Your also good people to deal with. I had a problem with delivery initially and you sorted it very quickly.”

“Ordering and next day delivery is great. I only order your Chilli Suet Blocks now. This latest delivery had a darker middle section which was good but lighter sides. And as I had visits on the feeder from a Squirrel and a rat underneath, I felt the mix lacked enough Chilli.”

“Despite my frustration at having 2bags of sunflower seeds split open in transit on 2 separate occasions, I still have nothing but praise for their very prompt (next day) delivery and by their customer care team who not only responded to my complaint re the above but responded the same day and carried through their compensation by sending me more sunflower seeds and a container which I received 2 days later. Excellent service. Thank you.”

“We order quite a lot of bird food for a wide range of wild birds here in Norfolk. This year we thought we would try this compny as their prices were competitive. Their feeders seem to be a more duable quality than others we have bought and the birds love their food. We had a problem with damage to a delivery a couple of weeks ago and their 'customer service' was to respond rapidly and go 'above and beyond' to ensure that we were happy. Cannot recommend this business more highly - in a word 'excellent'.”

“I ordered the Roundhaus Peanut Feeder from Ivel ValleyBird Food, it was a good price and delivery was free. Customer service was excellent, kept me fully informed every step of the way. Very professional, friendly and helpful. I’m super impressed, thank you very much! Feeder is keeping the squirrels off too! Very happy with an excellent product. I now have 3 roundhouse feeders - worth buying if you suffer with squirrels, pigeons, magpies.”
