“High quality bird food, very well packed and delivered in excellent condition. A wee bit more expensive than competitors which is a factor if your feathered friends get through as much grub as 'mine' do, but nonetheless good value... I'd highly recommend Ivel Valley.”

“Really good service with next day delivery. The hints on what to feed birds have proved very useful. I've managed to support a much wider range of birds through the nesting season with mini pellets feeding birds such as great tits, blue tits, goldfinches and chaffinches. I don't bother looking anywhere else for my bird food.”

“Your products and service are excellent as always, but the only problem/complaint I have that your delivery service company,is atrocious,they were always helpful and polite,always willing to put the delivery where I needed it (I am disabled and have terminal cancer, less than a year left, now most of them won’t even put it in the hallway,saying,not allowed to,,they are very offhand,Have tried to contact the company but have to fill in a form but get to the part to put telephone number,it will only accept a mobile number,which I and I’m sure many others don’t have,so you can’t progress please see if you can do anything,also orders are just left on the doorstep,with no notification of any kind that it’s been delivered they don’t knock ring or put a are through sorry for the moan, but it’s your company and reputation they are damaging”
