“I've placed several orders in the last two years and have found their service speedy and efficient. A minor issue with the latest order was swiftly resolved. All the food I have ordered appears to be of very good quality and is very popular with the birds visiting the feeders.”

“This is the best wild bird food I have found online. Never any waste and all the birds in my garden love it. I now have a large variety of garden birds plus a greedy squirrel. The suet pellets really go down well with the blackbirds and sparrows and the mixed seeds are enjoyed by blue ties and great titsl. The delivery is very fast and I even got the last order the next day. Best bit was the 2 free gifts of suet Christmas trees. I would definitely recommend Ivel Valley and I will continue to order from them myself.”

“Our second order of suet logs, suet coconuts and peanuts. Very good products and delivered in super quick time, despite it being Christmas week. The complimentary suet Christmas trees were a very nice personal touch, which we - and the birds - very much appreciated!”

“'First-time' users and so far very impressed. The ordering process was clear and simple, the pricing was very competitive and the delivery was prompt and efficient. The Christmas gift of apple-flavoured Christmas trees was a nice touch. Have not started to use the product yet but I'm sure the birds will love it and the score will then be 5 stars.”

“Ordered a ground guard for bird food. Very pleased with the whole experience. Good quality cover, came exceptionally quickly and well packaged. If I need anything like this again would not hesitate to buy from here. The cover is working well, the pigeons, magpies, rooks, crows etc have disappeared. The fatter blackbirds are struggling to get in, but when they have slimmed down to a normal size I am sure they will be able to.”
