“Ivel Valley Wild Bird Food and feeding products really seem to know their stuff. Within a few hours of putting the peanuts I had bought in the new peanut holder, three Blue Tits started visiting my garden! Ogh what joy! The products were well packed and arrived quickly. Thank you!”

“Such a great variety of bird seed and suet. The home made apple suets go down well with all the birds. Have ordered the peanut variety this time and seem just as popular. Good value and excellent quick service and delivery. I will definitely order again .”

“I have ordered birdseed from Ivel Valley for several years now. Once ordered, delivery is very prompt thereafter. I'm no expert on the quality of different seeds available, but the birds in my garden love these!”

“Orders are always processed and delivered very quickly. Excellent service ......... my only gripe this time was that the box containing the suet pellets was damaged in transit and the inner plastic bag split, so spilling out some of the contents, would it be possible to send these out in the stronger paper bags the sunflower hearts arrived in? Thank you.”

“I recently had to report a missing order, which had been delivered to the wrong address through, no fault of Ivel Valley. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and was able to identify the address that my order had been left at. The order was then received correctly within a few hours.”

“This is my first order from Ivel Valley and although I haven't put my feeders out yet I have been impressed by the efficiency of the process from ease of ordering to delivery . I moved to Ivel Valley from my previous supplier because of frustration with the inability of the courier to deliver to my property, and also,occasionally, dusty food which the birds refused to eat. So I thought it was time for a change and so far I think I made the right decision.”
