“I have used Ivel Valley for a few years now. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Their products are 1st class, their customer service support is outstanding, always helpful and accommodating. Delivery is almost always next day. Highly recommend you try Ivel Valley You won’t be disappointed with either their products or their service.”

“Ivel valley is my favourite of the bird food companies. Alway first class service and delivery. They do exactly what they promise without a hitch. If you should have to contact their customer service team they go all out to solve any problem with a caring, respectful attitude and usually within a few minutes. Absolutely brilliant.”

“I received my usual order of mini suet sprinkles and suet blocks, and as usual - great service and great products. The birds love the food- and there were eight different types of tit on one suet block this morning! I don't think I need to say any more!!!”

“Order arrived quickly in recyclable/reuseable cardboard box. Actual product (fat blocks) also in recyclable/compostable cardboard box with no indivual wrapping. Very pleased with this ethic. More companies should follow this example.”

“Quick service and packed well. The coconut shells are really popular - nice to see they have a use by date although I doubt they'll last that long! I also ordered some ring pull feeder trays. They are expensive but well made and fit the feeders perfectly. Very happy with our purchases and the company.”
