“Absolutely outstanding service! How come you can do it and so many other companies in the UK cannot? Your products are very high-quality, incredibly good value and your delivery is so fast. “Brilliant. 2 small problems with a delivery (which had arrived on time) was dealt with immediately with replacements for the 2 slightly faulty products, which arrived 2 days later. No quibbling and no delay. Could not have been better.”

“Products arrived promptly and well packaged. The insect suet pellets are disappearing at an astonishing rate. The sunflower seeds are always popular and the moorhens love the floating duck food. Lots of pheasants and partridges visit the garden now I put out pheasant food.”

“Food is enjoyed by the birds. Unfortunately 1 sack was ripped or the string had not caught both sides of the sack so some bird food was in the bottom of the box and had escaped into my home and presumably into the delivery van but the loss was not enough to return the item”
