“Sorry, had to cancel order as delivery guy was not willing to leave order on doorstep. When I spoke to customer services she cancelled my order straight away. No questions asked no apology or asked what they could do to make things better. I won't be ordering from you ever again”

I am sorry that you feel that the customer service you received was not positive, however DPD tried to deliver the parcel on more than one occasion, and you were not in to receive it. Upon checking the DPD system we could not see that any safe place instructions were left for DPD, unfortunately if there are no instructions, DPD are unable to leave parcels without handing to the recipient.When our customer service team called you to advise this, they explained that the parcel would automatically be returned back to us, as DPD will only attempt delivery twice, but we will send you a new parcel and asked what day you would be in to receive it.As per your request to cancel the order, customer service advised that they would process your return as soon as the parcel had been received by us. I do feel that customer service tried to rectify the situation.Please do feel free to contact our customer service team if you would like to discuss this further. Thank you.

“Quick delivery and great products. It came to my attention that a lot of suet pellets comes from China so I was actively looking for a seller that produces it in the UK and delighted to find Ivel Valley.”
