“I had a problem with my delivery.There were two different delivery men .The first did not ring my bell so I had no idea it had arrived.The second delivery was a heavy sack and again they did not ring my doorbell and it was two heavy for me to lift from my door step.”

“Have ordered from Ivel Valley Wild Bird Food for a few years now, always phone my order through, very pleasant lady takes my order with no problems,, suet pellets are a favourite with the birds,although must admit the weather lately has stopped quite a few birds putting in an appearance, but when they do they really enjoy their pellets,,,..”
