“Excellent clinic, meticulously clean and sterile environment. The staff are really knowledgeable and professional and also so friendly! I have enjoyed both my visits here and will be continuing treatment here to remove my tattoos. They use state of the art equipment and ensure that you are well looked after before, during and after the treatment. I also had no option but to bring my baby to the clinic with me and they even watched him for me while I got my 20 minute treatment. I appreciated that so much and both me and my baby felt very comfortable and looked after there by all members of the team. Really recommend this clinic.”

“I had my first tattoo laser removal session done today by Scott. I urge any women not to go here!! He was very unprofessional, being an older man and myself a much younger women , he commented on my legs and looks. This made me feel very uneasy and he was also bad mouthing his other clients to me and another tattoo removal business.”

Dear “Anonymous” We have had nothing but positive feedback about our business since we started in the summer of 2021, and on Friday, we suddenly got three awful reviews. One here, and two on Google. Coincidence?…maybe…maybe not? The fact that you are “anonymous” makes it extremely hard for us to address your issues, but even more so given the fact that all of your claims are completely unfounded. In addition to that, your description of who you are does not match the profile of ANY client we had in the clinic on 14 June. Part of your claim is very serious indeed, and we would suggest that if you believe this to be true you should not be leaving public reviews, but instead should contact the Police. In fact, we would positively encourage it, just as we will be doing given the seriousness of the allegations against us. We value our reputation and the trust our clients place in us and do everything we can to foster a safe, professional environment at all times. Anyone reading your review should be under no illusion that this is nothing more than a vindictive post from someone who thinks it’s ok to try and ruin an individual’s reputation, as well as a business reputation, all because they think it’s acceptable to cancel an appointment 2 hours before the appointment time - a business that has staff who have families that depend on that business.

“Been for two sessions now, first with Kara and second with Scott. They are both great, explain every single thing they are doing. Both of them have given great advice for pre treatment and post treatment! They also make you feel so at ease and outwith the laser treatment experience the staff team are super friendly ☺️ I’m really glad I did my research and trusted them with this process. Also just to mention the place is absolutely spotless!!”

“Been going for tattoo removal for a while now to get a large piece removed, no garbage sales patter or false promises from the start and prices told up front dependant on time taken for each session. Both Kara and Scott are great people would recommend them to anybody looking to get help with tattoos or any other treatment offered for that matter. Thanks again to both for your help.”

“Such a great tattoo removal experience, from the consultation I knew that I was definitely in safe hands for removing my microblading eyebrows. Scott explained the entire process to me and addressed all my questions and concerns. My first removal treatment was no different, went really smoothly and booked in for further treatments! Highly recommend this place for anyone hating their old microbladed brows, get rid of any colour, and leave with a smile :)”
