“I saw the double up box half price and ordered right away, I am incredibly happy with my purchase. Two boxes rammed full of excellent quality treats arrived, not a scrap of plastic in sight and my boys love everything that came. Will definitely be buying again and recommending to everyone.”

“First time ordering from Herbal Dog . We (Bear, my golden retriever) are seriously impressed, Bear takes his time selecting which one he wants 🙄 They don't have a nasty aroma, and they serve Bear well. I don't expect them to last ages, he's a serious cruncher! I will be ordering again for sure!”

“Have an extremely reactive & anxious English bulldog through lots a change , loss of other family dog & a house move , so we thought we’d give the calming bundle a go. We haven’t used the drops yet we’re still building up the calming blend into her system but so far we’ve already noticed a reduction in her response to noises around our house and she is getting much better quality of sleep because of it . Will start the calming drops in a few weeks then slowly start walks again because walks had become pretty unmanageable so am hopeful we can start to enjoy being out again very soon .”

“Same again very happy just the chicken feet I have to throw away as my dog is allergic to chicken.. would be nice to get somethink else instead please... but great apart from that cheers shayne”

Hi Shayne, thank you so much for the review! Unfortunately, our treat boxes come pre packaged now and we do so many daily and therefore unable to switch any treats out. We do offer different treats such as your bully sticks and our bargain boxes! Thanks for leaving a great review! :)

“I’m into about the 4/5th day and no difference other than I think the herbal granules aren’t agreeing with her and she has been sick a couple of times.”

We're sorry to hear its making her sick. We do tend to say our blends take 3/4 weeks to get into a dogs system. All ingredients are natural, so it may be that she is intolerant to one of the ingredients.

“I am very disappointed, ordered a load of stuff from this company 3 and half weeks ago. Still no idea where my parcel is, very little help tracking it down and told by customer service I have to deal with it when the courier says the seller has to chase it up. I was so looking forward to getting these products as I have been wanting to try them for months but if I ever receive my items it will be the last order I place.”

We have been trying to help through email Megan. The reason this has taken so long is because it is travelling to a different country and has been stuck in customs, there is not a lot we can do when it is being scanned through there. Now that there is an update we are trying to rectify the problem and offering a full refund back to you. We are very sorry this has happened x

“Unfortunately I have no been able to try out the products I have bought because 3 and half weeks later I still haven't received and have had minimum help trying to track down my order and get it to me. I am really disappointed cause I really looked forward to using these products but I will not be ordering again.”

“Absolutely loved this order. I got the double up box and it did not let me down. Fast delivery, huge chews in there for my super chompers. I've used other companies before and this one if definitely the best! I will be placing another order soon!”
