“Love the raspberry and vanilla dry shampoo, Suki isn't a fan of water so using this as an alternative is great, smells like the little princess that she is.”

“I received the wrong item but the correct one was sent extremely quickly with full apologies. Now we have tried the ear and the flea drops. The ear drops have really helped my little yorkies ears, they seems to soothe them. Also I have tried the flea drops on all three dogs and they seem to be working. It was important for me to find a natural flea product as my little boy yorkie has extreme reactions to everything on the market. So far fingers crossed he’s getting on great with these drops, they also all smell lovely. Thank you 🥰”

“Fast efficient delivery only just start using the joint care and hair growth for my 14yr old shihtzu and my 9yr old shihtzu try seem much better in themselves already and more active x”

“Hi, your , All Natural Flea & Tick Spot On For Dogs & Puppies , does not work , we applied for one drop per day for a week then one drop per week after that, but our dogs fleas have now got more worse, and I did ask about a question on this product to you by email and you never got back to me, so not a happy customer.”

We are so sorry that you did not get a response. Please get in touch with us again so we can follow up on this. Our products are a preventative measure so unfortunately, medical intervention is sometimes necessary to combat a flea infestation.

“Over the past 3 weeks or so I had just started introducing some of the herbal products into my dogs food for gut and flea & tick prevention as well as the spot on stuff . Unfortunately experienced ticks for the first time last week on both dogs so unsure how effective these products are as yet . They certainly eat it up so not put off by the strong aromas .”

“The packaging gave no insight into how many days supply was in the tub. I have two 40kg German Shepherds and the tub lasted 6 days. Definitely not long enough to know if the product was effective at repelling ticks. I am continuing to use the weekly spot on, which should last 4-5 weeks I think.”

“Although my girls case is very complicated, she’s a rescue, when I put the drops in I get very nasty orange wax coming out of her ear which has to be beneficial.”
