“Out of 30 items I had roughly about 10 Emailed them but wouldn't do anything about it .so ended up paying for ten treats .my dogs abso love them though Wouldn't use again .found cheaper on tick tock shop and more for the value”

I am so sorry to hear about this Ceri. All our treat boxes are triple checked and weighed before pick up from Royal Mail. We now have all our treat boxes pre packed and therefore impossible for this to happen. Thanks HDC

“Will be useful in milder weather. Bought this highly recommended item to thwart fleas and ticks, but frost returned typically. I can say myc2 dogs don't seem to mind the scent. I've rubs a couple drops into their coat, neck to tail.”

We would definitely recommend carrying on with yoru flea and tick treatments even in cooler weather as this works as a preventative. As soon as flea and tick season is hear, you will know your dog is covered and has been using it for a few weeks/months! Hope this helps :) x

“My order was placed a week ago. Notification received with a tracking number saying items dispatched. Royal Mail has no record of the item. The Herbal Dog Company has not replied to my emails and their phone number goes to answerphone.”

Hi Shayne, unfortunately our treat boxes are now pre packed before they go out to you, so is quite difficult to do this! Why not give our beef or lamb boxes a try? Thanks for your lovely review x

“the shampoo is okay in terms of lather and it helps remove dirt from my dogs coat - so as a basic shampoo its fine but the promised scent is non existent, it barely smells when it is put on the coat and once teh dogs are dry then you cant detect it all. my dogs are rough coated but other shampoos certainly have a scent for day one and usually into days 2 and 3 - this had nothing. would not buy again. expensive but performs like a supermarket cheapo brand”

“I emailed for advice before I ordered they were very prompt in responding and extremely helpful. My dog has environmental allergies and they advised to use the dry shampoo as this can be used everyday without damaging my dog skin. I brought the bundle with the mitt, quickly delivered as well. Highly recommended 🤩”
