“Great value but disappointed that no chicken feet were to be found in any box. I'd buy again at this price but not full price. The spray is gorgeous.”

If any items are out of stock, we do tend to try add in something extra in that is very similar or in higher value for you. Hope your dog loved the treats!

Hi Clifford, is it a blend you've been using for your cockerpoo? If you mix in with natural yoghurt, natural peanut butter or bone broth it will help mix in the supplements a bit more. x

“The difference in noticeable within days! My dog no longer chews his feet or has cheesy smelling feet. Hasnt had an ear infection since either where as he was getting them often. Herbayeast is now part of our daily routine.”

“It was very strong smelling, dog would t go near it unless with strong smelling food like fish. After 2 weeks it got mould on the top in the containers.”

This will happen if they are not stored in a cool place. With our products having natural ingredients and no preservatives in, you need to make sure that this is stored correctly. The natural products do tend to have a smell with them being natural. I would also recommend wiping your dogs mouth after any use of our blends, just in case any gets left behind which may leave a smell too.

“I have just switched from another brand and I have found the brand a good alternative. I would recommend this product. The website said they provide a free delivery on orders over £60. I spent £101 and was charged £ 7.95 for delivery. This needs to be addressed on order for me to ble loyal to the brand.”

“Very good product. My rescue dog won't let me pick him up and put him in the bath but with this spray I can clean him thoroughly. He also smells lovely.”

“Loved it. ❤️ Bought the smaller box, couldn’t have been happier with its contents and the quantity of items. The dogs get to select their own treat from the box. We have various breeds and there was enough variety to satisfy all size dogs.”

“Honestly, Herbal Dog co products are the LUSH equivalent but for dogs. They smell amazing and the scent lasts and are made using gentle skin-friendly ingredients. The only thing is that they are expensive for quite a small bottle, and as I have to wash my mucky pup regularly we go through the bottles quite quickly”

“Out of 30 items I had roughly about 10 Emailed them but wouldn't do anything about it .so ended up paying for ten treats .my dogs abso love them though Wouldn't use again .found cheaper on tick tock shop and more for the value”

I am so sorry to hear about this Ceri. All our treat boxes are triple checked and weighed before pick up from Royal Mail. We now have all our treat boxes pre packed and therefore impossible for this to happen. Thanks HDC

“Will be useful in milder weather. Bought this highly recommended item to thwart fleas and ticks, but frost returned typically. I can say myc2 dogs don't seem to mind the scent. I've rubs a couple drops into their coat, neck to tail.”

We would definitely recommend carrying on with yoru flea and tick treatments even in cooler weather as this works as a preventative. As soon as flea and tick season is hear, you will know your dog is covered and has been using it for a few weeks/months! Hope this helps :) x
