“We have been using this product for the last month or so very disappointed both our dogs are being treated and hasn't worked at all. This is the first time I can remember having trouble with fleas and so after reading some of the reviews we decided to try this..Waste of money..”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Our flea spot on takes 3 months to reach potency it works on the derma layer of the skin providing a shield against fleas and ticks. If an infestation is already present we would advise seeking treatment from your vet prior to use xx

“Received very quickly seems to be a great product so far doing exactly as described my dog is much more calmer his a French bulldog that would just turn on my daughters dog for no reason so far it’s been much better I’m so pleased”

“Thought that I would try this as my dogs were itching lots on another product despite me not being able to find any fleas. They seem to like this and 10 days later, itching is reducing. Will certainly keep using this”

“I have a miniature dachshund who has suffered with yeast problems since she was 8 weeks. She is now 3 after years of vet treatments and being on 3 piriton a day. After six weeks of using the yeast program it’s gone and no more piriton needed. 🙂”

“You remove the honest reviews that reveal the reality of your product! How dare you operate so dishonestly. Your flea product is a total joke and to be told, after shelling out £25 believing the claims in your advert, to go to the vet for some chemical to address the flea issue is absolutely outrageous. You should be thoroughly ashamed trading in this way. Misinformation and misrepresentation.”

“this is my 2nd batch of herbal support however my order was lost, i contacted them via email and Lauren picked up my query dealt with it straight away and received my order a couple of days later. I found the issue was easily resolved with no issues, excellent customer service thank you”

“Haven’t received my item have sent multiple emails to ask for the new tracking number which was meant to be provided had nothing back , so not only have i not received my item but also out of pocket as well. Have used the products before and its a shame as i think there good.”

As per our email, we had an issue with these being scanned in by Royal Mail and had we had to send this order out again, once we have packed and sent the order this is out of our hands unfortunately xx

“I have been using Herbal Dog All Natural Calming Blend for the last 6 months, as I wanted to try a natural product instead of using Zylkene Calming supplements. I have been pleasantly surprised of how this has made so much different to our dog, Ralphy. We mash it up with his breakfast and eats it with no problems (I thought as there is a little smell he wouldn't) I can not recommend this product enough.”

“I’m so happy with my purchase. Frontline wasn’t working I was starting with a flea infestation. Wanted to use natural products on my dog. So glad I’ve found this site. I’ve been using a couple of drops on his collar, plus putting it on him. Finally getting there with persistent applications. Highly recommend this product for fleas.”

“Its contains lemon grass which is toxic to cats and dogs why use a toxic product for animals its can harm DO NOT BUY AND ALWAYS READ INGREDIENTS BEFORE BUYING A PRODUCT!!! Wish i did”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The extraction of lemongrass used in our flea spray is completely safe for topical use and is way below the level of which is considered as toxic.
