“Initially we visited the Green Retreats factory showroom following a random web search and were impressed by the products on offer and knowledge of the staff. It gave us confidence to place an order and we recommend others visit to see the large range, talk through the many options and get a sense of the company. Green Retreats seem very well organised and we quickly placed an order for one of their largest buildings. It was delivered on time and built with a high quality finish despite the fact that they had to carry the components through our garden gate and up a steep slope and build it when storm Doris hit. Substantial thought has gone into the design details to ensure rapid construction with no problems, even in bad weather. The team worked hard, fast and effectively. We purchased most of the 'extras' such as cedar cladding, a substantial electric fit out, partitioning, sliding doors and extra windows. It is now up and running as a home office and we are very pleased with the product, workmanship and customer care.”

“Green retreats were super helpful they gave me the most comprehensive quote and even though I didn't visit the showroom I felt I was given a complete picture. I wanted a garden room to use as a fully functional gym. I love the space that has been created it's light and fresh and I love being in there. Putting heavy equipment into the studio has not been a problem as the company put in extra strong foundations. The building feels sturdy and solid although it can't accommodate a pull up bar . I have however been able to hang my trx . Super efficient service it was fully functioning with in three days , ground works went in a week before. Helpful and good communication from the office On site teams were all awesome and easy going but hard working and very tidy ! I am delighted !”

“I recently had a 3x2m Inspiration office installed in the small rear garden of my mid-terrace house. From my first viewing at the Green Retreats showroom through to the final fittings, the process has been flawless. Grace, my advisor throughout the process, was superb. She kept me up to date with everything, letting me know exactly when and how the the foundations, main building and electrics would be installed, all in her very friendly yet professional manner. The building itself is just what I'd hoped for and the installation team were quick, efficient and considerate of my home (all parts had to be brought through the house). Overall, I'm delighted with my office and the service delivered by Green Retreats. My wife and I had researched getting an extension beforehand but the price of these offices and quick build time are what won us around. For 2-3 days disturbance and £12K instead of 6-8 weeks and £25K+ (+ uncertainties), it was a no brainer. I'd highly recommend Green Retreats to anyone looking for a home office.”

“Green Retreats were recommended to me by my mums neighbour. Despite being some distance from us we decided to go and view the showroom. We were so glad we did. The staff were so professional, helpful and attentive. Once we decided to go ahead with the build I can honestly say from start to finish we were 100% happy with the whole process. Everything that was promised was delivered on time. Nothing was too much trouble, the communication was excellent. When the building crew arrived and worked on our build they arrived on time were polite professional and trustworthy. I had some last minute changes e.g. decided to plaster the walls, this was handled with no problem. The company are so professional. The building is amazing, looks so solid and will last for years. It has made a focal point in the garden. We are so glad that we chose Green Retreats. A very happy customer !!!”

The customer service team, foundation team, build team and electricians were all very friendly, efficient and cooperative. “Very happy with the whole experience. Right from the beginning of the process everyone we dealt with was very helpful and responsive. Emily in the customer care team dealt with lots of changes to the design of our garden room in a friendly and efficient manner and kept us informed of all the key dates. Both teams who came to install the base and the actual building arrived on time and knew exactly what had to be done. Again they were very friendly and efficient. One slight issue with the electrics was sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend Green retreats.”

“We had been looking for a supplier for a garden office for about 6 months and hadn't been desperately impressed with either the product offerings or the responses to queries from many of the suppliers. However, from the outset Green Retreats deleivered on all aspects. The product is well speced and fitted all our requirements and if we had wanted or needed upgrades or alterations we could do this. Although prefabricated and in many ways a standardized product, there is room for much tweaking, providing almost a bespoke product. The responses to early queries were quick and complete. From the initial requests for further information, through to the site survey, to the updates from the project leader and finally to having people on site actually building, the whole process was clear, transparent, and efficient. We were kept abreast of the project's progress by email, updating us as to what was happening next and always asking if it was it still OK in terms of dates. When the build teams did arrive on site they were clean, considerate and conscientious. The work was done quickly and the end product is just what we were looking for. A fantastic experience from beginning to end.”

“We recently had a Green Retreats building installed at the back of our North London garden as a garden office. We wanted to make maximum use of the space there and the design and support team were really helpful in making sure we could and getting all of the arrangements and details right. The installation all went smoothly exactly as planned and we are very happy with the final result, which looks great and makes a lovely space in which to to work from home.”

“Your staff are wonderful - fun, friendly, fast and efficient! And my newly completed studio is ready to use after just one week. The quality and finish is excellent. From laying the foundation, one day, to installing the studio, 2 days and a morning for the electricians it has been a smooth and well organised job. The office staff have also been incredibly helpful and efficient and payment is so easy over the phone. My husband likes it so much that he wants one too! Thank you.”

“I recently had a 5x4m Inspiration built in my back garden. As I'm in a terrace house all materials needed to be carried through the house, and although it was a bit of a squeeze, I was happy that the workmen were able to complete this with the minimum of upheaval. I has three groups of workmen, base, building, and electrician and all were polite and friendly, and I would not have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone. I was kept informed all the way along the process, and everything was explained thoroughly. One day was needed for the base, three days for the building, and 1 day for the electrician. What a great service”
