“disappointed with the product - the pitting looks like holes not like giving a concrete effect and the sides are concave so does not fit in a corner .We have asked for a refund but have not yet been given details of where/how to return the item”

“Sadly, I'm rather dissapointed as this Trailing Calathea Houseplant was made out of plastic and i was expecting a houseplant. Unfortunately it didn't state this in the title or on the main page and customers are expected to click on the specification link and read the info there. I had to return this plastic plant and am now out of pocket as the postage paid on delivery and return has cost me almost as much as the plant! It would have been very helpful if it had been clearly labelled 'Artificail Trailing Calathea House Plant'.”
