Very Very good service from Garden Mail I made an error on my order and when I phoned all was rectified very efficiently. I had been recommended to Harden Mail by my brother who had purchased from.

Very please with my order but you were let down by the delivery. I wasn't home but emailed safe place to the delivery people but left the parcel outside the front door in the pouring rain ! Not happy

Easy to order, kept up to date regarding shipping, arrived within the specified time, packed really well, no damage to parcel or goods. Pots are just what I wanted to add a lovely pop of colour.

I never received my order , it was not delivered. The tracking said the delivery was declined , not by me ! the order was returned to you . I have received a refund but I wanted the faux flowers .

I live in an assisted living complex where there are two easily accessible lifts and clear instructions on each floor where to find individual flats. I live on the 3rd floor and am very disabled. The package was just left in the foyer a few metres from the main door and no attempt was made to deliver it to me. I had to get someone able bodied to bring it up for me and do not consider this to be good service. The parcel was also badly damaged, but as the contents were a plastic 80cm trough and tray, they were not damaged. I shall not use Garden Mail again. Pat Golby
