If you placed an order and it has not arrived, we can only contact Royal mail after 10 working days days from the point it was receive at the post office, please note it can be delivered at any time up to then.
It is rare for Royal mail to take so long, but it does happen from time to time unfotunately.
If the parcel has not been received after 10 working days then please contact us and we will arrange a resend.
