We're really sorry to hear you are disappointed with the quality of your print. We pride ourselves on using top quality paper and printing methods. We have only selected partners that use industry leading Giclรฉe printers, printing in up to 12 individual colours leading to museum level quality prints. We also use a museum-quality 200gsm heavyweight fine art paper. The combination should ensure vibrancy and depth of colour for all work uploaded to our site.
As for the pricing, we allow artists who use our platform to set their prices as they wish, and I can see that particular print is set as ยฃ50 more than our recommended price. Please can you send a photo of your print to hello@goodmoodprints.io so we can see if the quality is below the quality we would expect?
Finally, you are entitled to a full refund for your order. You will need to return the goods to our address in the UK - please email us if you would like to do this.
