“Overall the quality of the clothes is good, the style is updated and you can grab yourself a good bargain in the sales. However, they should really update their website with their delivery information as it is false, they state 3-5 working days in which I didn't even recieve an email updating me of the stages my parcel was going through I had to contact them. My parcel arrived after 12 days of purchase which is very bad considering they didn't communicate with me once.”

“I made a purchase from them for two hoodies. When they arrived, one was faulty and had missing letters! Tried to contact them for replacement/return and no one has been in contact to this day after almost a week of trying. Not even an acknowledgment. Avoid like the plague because customer service is non existent!”

“Love product. Jumper is very good quality and super comfy. Returns are terrible. I returned two jumpers as they were too big. Not only did it take over 4 weeks, I got no response via Instagram messages or the 2 emails that I sent to ask about whether the returned items had been received. Then to find out that they do not offer a full refund on any items that are not full priced. Especially when they throw discount codes at you on every click… almost feels like a trap rather than a good will gesture!”
