“I recently purchased a weavy tote coral bag which I love but more importantly the customer service is excellent. I incurred a fee because the correct postage had not been paid (it looks as if it was the fault of the sending post office) and I mentioned it to Hannah and within 12 hours she had refunded my postage and was very apologetic. Maybe the larger online companies could learn somehting from this!
