“TeeJay came round to do a full valet this morning, on a very neglected VW Golf as I hadn't cleaned it over the winter period. He was very professional and easy to speak to, as well as doing an unbelievable job on bringing my car back to life. By the time he had left it was absolutely spotless, every single nook and cranny was clean as well as being able tk see my reflection in the paintwork. A great service provided. Thanks again!”

“FK Mark gave my car an exterior and interior valet plus polish. The car looks brand new, I had no idea it would look so good. Mark was lovely and very professional, I would recommend these services to anyone”

“I paid £150 for my car to be fully validated to showroom quality I paid for this after the outside was done as I had to go out for a couple of hours when I come back the inside was disgraceful and was just left with dirt everywhere today Credit they did come back and make it right the same day, but this took another two hours off of my daily time when I had stuff to do would not use again”

Hi Mark, Very sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with the valeting service you received. Once we received your complaint we passed it over to the franchisee and asked for them to be in touch to sort a resolution with you. They were more than happy to come back and rectify any areas you feel had been missed on the same day. They passed on their sincere apologies for missing these areas and wanted to get it rectified immediately. They believed you were happy with the finished product so we are saddened to see you have wrote a disappointing review. Sorry that you feel let down.

“Great service! Mark arrived on time (early in fact), finished on time and overall did a fabulous job - our car has t been as clean since we bought it off the showroom floor! Highly recommend!”

“My car had been long neglected for a number of reasons and I didn't think it would possible to make it look so amazing! I booked a signature Valet but thought that the carpets in particular wouldn't come up well because its about 12 months since I got them done. Mandi did an incredible job, I just couldnt believe how amazing the car looked in the end. I was delighted”

“I've had an absolutely horrendous experience with this company Edison showed up 40 minutes Badly washed the outside of the car badly cleaned the inside of the car Paid for a signature valet And an extra £20 for engine bay clean Which he never did Lied to me said he did it But not knocked the £20 off anyway Tell me couldn't get the dirt stains out and patches told needs a full sterilization which is included in the package But somehow I managed to get rid of them with fabric cleaner and a microphone cloth And there's a lot more. Just don't waste your money go somewhere else. Yeah”

“Love the fact that wherever you are, they come to you. Mark was very polite, and understanding of what was wanting done to my car. Even let me know about my tyres and I explained garage been phoned. Mark was brilliant and did a fantastic job.”

“James and colleague spent 4.5 hours doing a full valet inside and out on 2 cars , one of which had mould on front and back seats. The results were fantastic, both cars were back to showroom condition. James was very thorough, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Will recommend to friends and family without hesitation.”

“I had a booking on Saturday and i intended on booked every month but as good as the valet was I will not be re booking I had Mark and I felt he was quite unprofessional I had a coffee cup and plastic box in the passenger side of the car and before actually looking inside my car he said "you will have to move aw that shite" I was actually shocked and asked twice that if he didn't want to do the valet he didn't have to. I got the impression he couldn't really be bothered not only that he left the rubbish on my drive after he left good valet not so good customer service swearing and smoking is not something I'd say was very professional. Thanks I will try another company.”
