“Danny came today to valet my car before selling it, I had recently just returned from a beach holiday with the children so the car was a mess! Danny was very polite and kept communications with me prior to his arrival. When he arrived he presented immaculately and was very professional he walked me around the car and told me what he was going to do and confirmed I had booked that service. In almost 30° heat he worked for almost 3 hours which is longer than I paid for, he assured me he wouldn’t leave the job until he was satisfied and that’s exactly what he did. I can honestly say this car wasn’t this clean when I purchased it! Absolutely incredible service from Danny couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job. Thanks again Danny!”

“It was my first time booking with Fresh Car Valeting and it didn't disappoint. I had Rhys come out and perform a Detailed valet on my BMW, he carried out the service with great deal of professionalism and friendliness. I would recommend Fresh Car Valet to anyone who really loves to take care of their car because I really think they invest their time genuinely as if its their own. “I recently had my car valeted and I want to say wow my car has never looked, smelled or felt so clean 🧽 Amazing customer service and such a genuine guy really friendly and easy to talk to. “Leigh arrived promptly and did a superb job throughout. Very professional and a nice guy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and even old, filthy seats came up like new. Highly recommended and excellent value!”

“I paid for a full valet and my guy moan from the time he arrived, said he couldn’t do the job I pay for lack off time, I didn’t paid for a pet valet but my dogs don’t moult or ever ever go in the car ( just because he saw them in the window) never use again I had to clean my sills myself”

Sorry we are unable to offer you anything at present. We have had the valeter in your area go off road and we are unsure as to when we will be able to confirm booking again.

“This is the second time I have used Fresh car valeting; the first time I had a complete deluxe clean inside and out, and then today I've had the mini Valet. Both times I have been over the moon with the quality of the wash and how clean my car looks after. Both times I have had Himanshu wash my car and I have to say how well he cleans it and how he always ensures that I'm happy with the service that he has provided at the end. Thank you so much, I will definitely continue to use this service!”

“first time using this company - good choice! i received messages on the day to inform me of the service provider's progress and ETA - great communication to keep me updated. Amila arrived on time, a very kind and considerate professional, respectful of my car and property, excellent car advice, car valet in and out looked great, he checked my oil coolant tyre pressures for small extra cost which is a service provision i've never come across in other car valet companies. I am very happy with Amila and will definitely book him again , thank you”

“Very poor service. Overpriced and air con sanitisation did not remove stale smell for vents. Marks left on my seat and windows. No help from customer service. Would not use again.”

As per our T&C's : Compensation, disputes & refunds: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the Service provided by an Operator and wish to seek a return visit to correct the issues, you are requested to contact clean@freshcarvaleting.com to provide feedback within 48 hours of your booking being completed. We take customer feedback very seriously and aim to offer a solution in the shortest time possible. We do however need complaints to be sent and followed through at the time so we can assess the situation and offer the best solution. As we stated in our email, we have documented your feedback and have forwarded it on to the valeter who carried out your clean. We are sorry we couldn't be of assistance. - Danielle

“I am really pleased with the service I got from Fresh Car Mobile Valeting, South London Area (Reiss) today, it was really easy to book online, convenient that he came to my house and he was punctual, polite and professional. My package included valeting my car inside and out plus mould removal. After several hours of thorough cleaning the car looked outstanding I am extremely happy with the service I received - in my opinion the price is competitive and worth it, would definitely recommend to others and book again.”

“My car still had a lingering wet dog smell after buying it a few months ago, despite the car being cleaned. Sam was able to find the source of the issue and has dealt with the problem professionally, a problem that should have been spotted by the dealership valet. Sam was polite, professional, prompt, and had good advice. I was even quoted cheaper before the work started, with relevant advice as to why. Will use the company again.”

“Appalling service. Booked the £75 valet service to be here at 9am as someone is coming to buy the car at 1pm. Nobody bothered turning up, not even as much as a courtesy call to cancel. Tried phoning their office, phone just constantly ringing. Unprofessional and a total waste of time. Avoid.”

I believe a member of our team was in touch with you shortly after your message. Our valeter is unfortunately off the road today and we are sorry for the last minute cancellation. We do aim at rescheduling appointments as soon as we can when we are unable to come to you but we completely understand this is not possible as you are selling the car. We would like to apologise once again for the short notice and failure to attend today.
