“Ash @FreshDetailingNI was excellent from start to finish. His attention to detail both on the exterior and interior were noteworthy, and meticulous with each stage of the process. I particularly appreciated the time taken in explaining how to care for the ceramic coating both in the initial stages of curing, and also for the long term. Past experience has shown the benefit of such a thorough approach to the lasting of the shine. Many thanks.”

“Booked a mini-clean twice. The first time was prior to selling my late partner's vehicle, he was a heavy smoker & keen fisherman/car booter, so his car was, frankly, minging. The chap turned up on a freezing day & suggested we reschedule, which we did & he returned a week later & did a fabulous job for the price. The car was ash- & mud-free, smelled nice & lovely & clean inside. So far, so good. About 8 months later, I decided to treat my own car to a mini-clean. I am a non-smoker, no-one has ever smoked in my car, I do not fish, but I also hate cleaning the interior (hence paying someone else to do it!). So my car is mostly dusty, with assorted gravelly bits on the floor, etc. Seats are clean. The guy who turned up this time around, first he rang me to inform me that there was no car outside my house (he was at the wrong house - wrong street in fact, though he seemed reluctant to believe this), then he said the car actually needed a full valet clean, costing £90 PLUS an extra charge for dog hair removal. I don't have a dog (I do have cats, who occasionally travel in the car IN A BASKET, I'm not sure why this should incur the same extra cost as a car covered in Malamute fur). He then said he didn't have enough time for the full valet at that time, and rebooked for the following week. Fortunately head office responded quickly & fairly to my request for a full refund & I can take my dusty car elsewhere”

“Terrible service, wheel arches were not cleaned along with rear window and internal windows. Was told local franchise would call to rectify, however 10 days later no contact at all!”

“Used this company after it was recommended to me but disappointed. Paid £75 for full valet plus £40 for a fog treatment that was supposedly supposed to clear an odour but made no difference at all and the general cleaning was simply not up to scratch considering what I paid. The fellow who came out was lovely but the quality of the cleaning was lacking. I would not use them again.”

Hi Sam, We can see your valet took place in July. Did you contact the valeter to inform him you were unhappy? Most valeters have customer check the valet before they leave.

“One word WOW absolutely over the moon the valet by Himanshu was the best l have ever had. It is even cleaner than when l got my car from dealership (new car) I cannot fault the service 100% happy and will recommend and use again. Too scared to drive it don’t want to get dirty ☺️”

“Ridiculous waste of time and money. Even with pictures of proof that job not done properly coming with no electricity had to pay neighbour to use hers. Then when i asked why he was not hoovering the dirt that i could see he said he cannot so i ending up helping him hoovering myself. Totally embarrassed will only get 50% back so lost £45 for the inconvenience and still had to pay for it to be done.”

HI Flo, I'm sorry to hear you feel you had a bad experience with us. I do apologise for that. We understand that you offered to help on the day with a smaller nozzle for the hoover but note we do not expect our customers to help on the day, nor do we usually ask for electricity. We are fully mobile and using your electricity is only an alternative should you wish to reduce the noise in the street or if there is an issue with the valeters generator. Which in this instance, The generator was broken and you then asked your neighbour if it would be ok to use theirs. Everything seemed ok with this until after the valet was carried out where you then informed us you had to pay your neighbour for the use of their electricity. I'm led to believe that you accepted a 50% refund for this and everything was discussed with you via email. I'm afraid with you accepting the refund there's not much else I can do as the complaint has been closed.

“We chose the top valet for £140, and it was absolutely a waste of money, it looked nice and clean at the time they left but as soon as the seats and roof started to dry out I could see white water marks coming back on the seats and the roof was still filthy, also you could see some kind of residue on the doors and dashboard, I rang them up to inform them and they said to book it in for another valet that I would have to pay for again, pfffft as if! I asked them to come back and go over it again and their response was a flat "no, the marks won't come off" what a contradiction, they'd have come back for another paid valet but said they couldn't get it clean, the man was very obnoxious and rude, told him I won't be using them again and I'd be writing a not so good truthful review and he said good luck with that and put the phone down, I would not recommend these robdogs at all.”

“Booked a full valet for the 1st time through Fresh. Guy turned up on time, lovely guy. Was expecting a full wash but he went round with bottles of products spraying the car, didn't see a hose come out at all. He forgot to do inside the fuel flap, which he did do when it was pointed out to him. Had to do some of the inside of the car again as you could still see fingermarks on the touch screen. High glossed area's were not buffed and had wipe marks left, cup holders still had spillage marks. Requested a receipt but still haven't received it and need it for expenses.”

“My car was a disgrace both inside and outside and the upholstery wasn’t brilliant either so I wasn’t expecting too much…..Danny worked really hard and after approximately three hours l couldn’t believe it was my car it was excellent l will be booking Danny again Thank you so much Danny and see you soon”

“It's the first time we've ever had a car professionally cleaned and I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the valet Danny has done. He never stopped in the 2hrs he was here and has made a fantastic job of a very dirty car.”
