“My car had two small scratches which I needed covered up. After the job was finished I have different coloured paint over the area and the scratches are still visible. Sorry but had I known this I could have made a better job myself .”

“Stoke on Trent area - arranged an interior valet for 27/07, email message said valeter delayed by hour or so. Rearranged a seperate date 10.30 am as unable to wait on the original date, again email message recieved saying valeter delayed by 1 hour. As of time of writing it is 1.30pm - no further message recieved and valeter not shown up. Absolute joke - steer well clear”

“Expensive for what it is! Honestly I was expecting more. The £20 car washers did a better job than a full signature valet at £220!. I had to re wash the wheels myself as half of it was missed! Not at all items listed were completed such as the exterior plastics dressed back to black.”

If you have any timestamped photos from after the valet was carried out, could you send them over to clean@freshcarvaleting.com and we could get this looked into for you? “It was a very expensive car wash. My inside was left with marks on the doors. I gave feedback afterwards and was asked to send photos and customer services said they would get back to me. I heard nothing. Will not use again”

“Danny came to clean my car and honestly I could not believe it when he was finished my children absolutely destroyed the inside of my car sticky sweets and drinks stains on the seats but I looked like new when he had finished amazing! Would definitely recommend 👍”

“Reiss went above and beyond yesterday when he cleaned my car inside and out and the end result was amazing. He also worked way beyond his allocated slot because my car hadn't been clean in a very long time(over 10 years!!) so the job took longer than what he anticipated. A true professional and a lovely chap. Turned up 10 minutes early before 8am so very punctual and very pleasant. He always had a big smile on his face when I spoke to him. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.”

“Had the interior deep cleaned & fully sterilised. The weather wasn’t on side but Himanshu done an excellent job! Very polite and helpful with any questions I had. Interior looking like new now!”
