Car Valet by Danny today. Brilliant efficient job, clearly takes pride in the work he does and this translates into the end results. Time is valuable and this was money well spent to save some. Highly recommend

After the valet service was completed, I immediately noticed several issues and raised them with the valet person. Although he apologised and offered to return to complete the job, this solution was highly inconvenient for me. The specific issues I observed were: Interior dust was still present behind the steering wheel. Dust remained in the control console area. Dirt was visible on some of the leather seats, making me question whether the leather cleaner treatment was performed at all. The pull-out extenders on each front seat were not cleaned. The alloys had dirt inside the spokes, which was evident upon running my finger over them just a couple of hours after the service. There was a dirty section on the driver side door interior (suede material) which was not cleaned. I questioned this at the time and was told it was makeup oils ?? I used a sofa cleaner on it and it came out ! Additionally, I was told by the valet person that the removal of swirls and minor scratches, which I believed was included in this package, would require a separate booking for a machine polish. However, the website under the package explicitly states that the Signature Valet package includes addressing these issues. The presence of swirl marks and minor scratches on my car makes me doubt whether the procedures promised under this package, such as superior paint treatment and protection, were actually carried out. Given these concerns, I am left questioning the integrity of the service provided. Was the leather indeed cleaned and protected? Did my car receive the superior paint treatment as advertised? Or was it merely given a superficial clean? The valet person admitted that the alloys and the interior were not cleaned properly. Despite this acknowledgment, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience and currently have no intention of using Fresh Car again. I contacted Fresh Car, only to be informed that as a franchise, they could not offer any solution beyond what the valet person suggested, which was to rebook the service for free to complete the missed sections. However, I have lost trust in the quality of service provided by this individual and do not wish to have the same person return. This experience has shown me that the quality of service from Fresh Car depends significantly on the specific valet assigned. Clearly, some valets may be more passionate about their job and deliver a proper service. I would not recommend booking the Signature Valet and I cannot recommend anyone use Fresh Car. Instead, I suggest finding a reputable local valet who is more likely to provide consistent and satisfactory results.

Ensuring our customers receive a high-quality service is our top priority, and it is clear that the franchisee did not meet your expectations in this instance. However as stated by yourself the franchisee did offer to come back and rectify these areas but unfortunately was never able to find a suitable date with yourself. Swirl Marks in the paintwork are not something that can be guaranteed to be removed as we are unsure on how minimal the marks are. The franchisee who attended to your booking advised that they carried out all the paintwork protection that was included in your package, Wax, Polish, Claybar and Sealant, However this did not remove these marks meaning that your car would require a machine polish to be able to remove these. This is not something that can be conducted as a part of a valet and would require detailing which was advised to you by the franchisee. This would have been the same no matter which of our franchisees attended to your booking. We apologise that we were not able to meet your expections and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. We strive to learn from customer feedback and provide a better experience for all our customers

On first impressions I’ll be honest the price was a little higher compared to similar services in the area. I booked a deep clean and LET ME TELL YOU my car has never looked cleaner! It wasn’t this clean when I first bought it! I am so impressed with Jacek’s hard work, my car was disgusting! Not a single regret and I would pay the money time and time again. He was so polite and punctual and really smiley which is a bonus!! Booking was so easy and straight forward. Will 100% be using this service again and recommending to everyone! Thank you very much Jacek!

Took 10 years off our Qashqai! Rob was great, trustworthy, really personable, kind and totally self sufficient. Made a great job of the car, we couldn’t be happier. It was shamefully grubby (BBQ sauce explosion by 13 year olds tantrum) but he took it all in his stride and it looks great even in the corners no one sees. We can’t thank him enough!

£200 show room valet not anywhere near that level. Jet washed everything pretty much everything exterior and interior, even my wife said “should he be doing that?” And she has zero interests in cars. The car now smells worse due to a wet interior and faulty window switch due to excess water applications. I’ve asked the company to cease contact as I won’t be giving them a chance to now rectify as they’ve squandered that. Company copied and pasted their policy vs working with me for a solution. Typical slippery shoulders and it’s the agent issue vs the company they represent as they paid them to use their branding. I very much doubt a McDonalds franchise would just say it’s the owner that’s the issue not the brand, or maybe that’s just my thinking. I would not personally recommend and save your money and go to a £7.50 car wash at your local supermarket. I’m looking forward to their reply but I’ve copy and pasted it below for transparency. Their reply…. Hi James, While they operate under our brand name they are their own business and responsible for their customers and outcome of the service they provided. Luke has done an excellent job today. I’m super happy with how my car looks, thank you so much! My car had a persistent mould problem that I just couldn’t get rid of, but Luke has done a thorough job to remove it all and it now looks amazing. The paintwork now has a lovely shine and my car looks like brand new! I’ll definitely be returning as a repeat customer. Thank you, Luke! Would highly recommend!

Lee arrived on time. Friendly and very polite. Hard working and sorted my 4 week old car perfectly. Honestly could not see any sign of a repair. Showroom condition. Absolutely first rate job.

Paid £125 and was told it would be back to showroom spec. After he showed me the car to start with I had to show him streak marks which is housing of been doing and then had to make a complaint as the wheels were still dirty and didn’t realise until Himanshu had left. He did offer to come back but done it myself as was a better finish.

My wife bought me a full valet for my birthday. Danny did an amazing job. I’ve never seen the car that clean. It looks better than it did when I picked it up from the dealership!! Would definitely recommend, thanks

I booked a professional car valet due to illness restricting my ability to maintain my own vehicle. I will not use the roadside 'hand wash' guys and really prefer to do my own. However car was a mess inside and out and was due a good wash and wax. The service from booking, communication and most importantly delivery was first class. My technician was Danny who was very professional and friendly leaving my car looking and smelling like new. Would have no hesitation in recommending Danny to others, every now and again vehicles deserve every nook and cranny being cleaned and polished. Thank you Danny A1

Great job by Danny in Lincoln, going above and beyond on the mini-valet to get to a point where he was happy with the job. Driving to France next month, and will definitely be booking another package after that! Very happy with the overall service.
