“This is the second time I've used Freshcar and again I'm very happy with the job done (signature valet) my car is like new again. My valeter was "S" Liam and I recommend him totally. I'll be back in the spring for a refresh.”

“Danny Completed the deep clean on my vehicle. Not only left the seats so wet they were unusable but missed alot of areas in the vehicle after inspection. Danny revisited and blamed the bad weather for missing these places. After complaining the seats were too wet he vacuumed more out of them and they were again left too wet to use. My car is ruined inside. Smells very bad and moisture is everywhere. Only issued 50% refund and I'm left with a soaking wet stinky car that I have to pay someone else to come and rectify Will not be recommending”

Hi Miles, I'm very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service you had carried out. When you first brought your complaint to our attention Danny revisited you the following day to rectify any areas you felt were missed from the original appointment. Due to the stains on your seats he had to go over them several times to try and eliminate them, which required more water. He then used an extraction hoover to eliminate as much water from the seats as he could. As we advise on our website, aftercare is very important after a seat machine clean, especially going towards colder months, as our valeters do not carry driers or heaters with them. We advise to keep the windows slightly open if possible, keep the car in light and use your cars heater to help speed up the drying process. As our valeter has visited twice to touch up on the car at your request and a 50% refund has been accepted, we are regretfully not in a position to help any further.

“Our lease car is due to be returned on Monday so was booked in for a full valet and pet hair removal. We've had the car 3 years and have 2 Labradors! Danny from Lincoln was great; super efficient and paid real attention to detail. He arrived early and kept all of his equipment neat and tidy during the 2.5hrs. His customer service is excellent and his work is outstanding. After the clean our car looked showroom ready!”

“Danny gave both my car and my partners car a full valet. He was here 15 minutes early and cracked on straight away. He stayed an extra two hours outside the allotted time at his own expense because our cars were that neglected. A fault with this system would be giving a quote before seeing the car as we deffo should’ve been charged more, you should be able to send pictures in then get a quote at the least. Danny was very professional and good at his job. Would recommend him to anyone and will be using again.”

“Awesome job from Danny today! My car was pretty bad, having not cleaned it for the past six months, and I really appreciate Danny spending an additional two hours on my car outside of the allotted time. The car was immaculate on the inside and it was incredible to have that ‘new car’ smell back! The outside of my car was gleaming, like it genuinely sparkled. Very small criticism, a couple of dirt marks left around my front and back bumpers and some diesel residue still below the fuel cap, but nothing I can’t get rid of in 30 seconds. Again, many thanks to Danny :)”

“Danny did an amazing clean on my car. My car was super grubby and neglected and he brought the car back to life. I’m having a baby in two weeks and Danny went above and beyond to make sure my car was clean and hygienic ready for the little one. I would recommend Danny to anyone. I can’t explain the hard graft he put in to this car, with all the stains and marks. Thank you for all the hard work and the lovely company!”
