“The mats for our Mini are excellent as were the ones we had made last year for our VW. They fit well and wear well. They are also easy to clean. Not too pleased however with delivery by Evri. It took 10 days to get the mats to the door!!”

“Great product and good price, the only thing that let it down was that the mat was very much darker than indicated on the site. However, the site does warn that the shade as shown may not be exact but to me it almost bears no resemblance. The colour was black and mink, pictures indicate a 50\50 mixture but more like 90\10.”

“We are very pleased with the two mats we purchased. Slight problem with the availability of stock & delivery. One email and it was sorted immediately. Delivery two days later. We would certainly use them again”

“Straight forward transaction. Web site easy to navigate and found what I was looking for . No dispatch email recieved, however , after emailing First Mats it would appear my item was sent through a third party hence no communication. So, good customer service was received.”

“I was fed up with external coconut mats - fine in summer. So I bought a deep rubber mat with holes that allow rain to run through and is deep enough to make you water-free underfoot and a reasonable price for a quality product. The only downside I can find (not to the mat I purchased as it's a standard single-door size), but to buying others, is that unless it is deemed to be a standard size (unlike coconut they cannot be cut to size), you have a problem. We have double front doors and the step up from the patio (same patio stone) is 600mm deep and 1500mm wide - the width is fine, but the depth is 900mm standard.”

“Very happy with the service and delivery. The mat I ordered was supposed to be 60cm wide but it actually varied from 60 to 59 along less than a metre length. As it was intended to go in a very precise 593mm recess it was a bit disappointing and I had to adapt things. Maybe I'm too fussy but I'll know next time to buy the matt first before committing to careful joinery.”
