“Helpful when contacted. Delivery as promised. Only reason for not givimg 5 stars is that colour is hardly charcoal - almost olive green - but the contact did say that the colour can vary somewhat from that shown on the website”

“Second natural coir mat I've ordered and love them both. The first was for a mat well in the kitchen and after more than a year it's aged well and looks good. In the entrance hallway I created another mat well for the 23mm mat. Great quality and so reasonably price too”
