I have no idea which firm fitted our windows,over 10 years ago, but the handles don't seem to work any more and one has come off completely. Is this something you could fix for us? I know it is not a big job but we would rather a reputable firm sorted it for us .

Good Morning Patricia, Unfortunately we do have a minimum order quantity that this order would not meet, very sorry that this isn't something that we would be able to undertake.

I have had windows installed but unfortunately a few cracked. I am waiting for the new glass but unfortunately they seem to be dragging their heels! I have paid for this phase of the build and I know that the windows are in stock. I understand my builders are in credit with EYG so WHAT is the PROBLEM????? It’s cold and I’m throwing heat away through a boarded up windows. Rectify this Monday. I’m fuming
