“Having been very disappointed with a previous e-bike from another manufacturer and supplier I really needed to receive excellent service and an efficient and reliable product. With ebike barn I have had both. I cannot fault the service I have received or the incredible bike. The quality of the bike exceeded my expectations. We are lucky to have a dealer who is prepared to go the extra mile both pre-sale and after sale. Thank you ebike barn.”

“A non-fuss service visit, taking no longer than an hour. Mark was his usual professional self and answered a few questions I had regarding new ownership. The visit was on time and included a look at 3 eBikes that e-Bike Barn had promised to show us. Excellent 5* service.”

“Huge selection of R&M e-bikes, friendly staff. Harry Conway walked me through the features and answered every question I had. We then took two of the bikes for a ride on some country roads and I got to experience both bikes in action. Lots of valuable advice as well.”

“Met the E-Bike Barn team at The Cycle Show 2022 demo area and tried some of their bikes. They were all friendly and helpful. Bought a Multicharger Mixte from them and got it a week later with lots of advice. Great service.”

“We had a great day with Harry and the crew, including the 4-legged ones! Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Very patient with all our questions as well! We knew we wanted R&M ebikes, so to be able to visit a specialist dealer was just what we were looking for. R&M are a quality product, at a premium price so it’s really important when making a large and long-term purchase to get it right. Thank you e-Bike Barn for helping us get it right.”

“I expected a high-standard from e-bike barn, and I was not disappointed. The bikes are well-made have great tech and easy to learn how to ride them efficiently. The staff were outstanding and my delivery date was ‘spot-on..!!’ I’m finding my bike very easy to live with, and because of its efficiently I’m also out on it more. I come from a military background and have always tried to keep myself fit, as an ex-PTI and PJI I what this bike can do - and how it does it. I will probably buy my partner an e-bike from the barn later in the year as I’m that impressed. Thanks to Harry and his team for the guidance, set-up and extremely helpful sales and tech support. WDWs”
