“The service is good. However the item looks dead. There were no planting or care instructions but I have planted it and hope it will look undead soon!”

“Most of the plants I received were of normal quality, but a bit on the small side and the 5 bare root Kniphofias were all out of their compost and very battered and squashed. I have planted them up, but after 2 weeks, they dont look very well. 2 of the roots have most of the leaves fallen away from the root ball.”

“i am sorry to say but you have sent me vertually two dead plants ! i hope you have taken pictures before despatched, please have a look. I have put them in the bin. Very dissapointed.”

Perennials do not look at their best at this time of year as they are only just coming out of dormancy, less established plants will also be further behind than the established ones in your garden.
