“The bulbs came in successive instalments with the last ones arriving too late to be included in the planting scheme. Also the tulip bulbs are very small so I’m not optimistic about my spring display”

Hi Thank you for your review and I am really sorry to learn of your disappointment with your order. There were several unavoidable delays this year which meant some bulbs were much later than usual coming through to us from the growers. The size of the bulbs however have been very good so I am sorry that you feel the bulbs received were very small. “My order arrived in 3 separate parcels and all just a few days after putting in my order. Everything was correct and in good condition. Maybe the writing in the labels could be a little larger?”

“I had excellent service when I placed my bulb order with J.Parkers on the phone . They were very patient with me as I had to phone back a couple of times as I had left it quite late to order and some of my first choices were no longer available and it was the same assistant to took my call each time ! The bulbs arrived in excellent condition and were well packed .”

“Somewhat disappointed with some of the tulip bulbs which were a bit mouldy when they arrived. I have planted most of them and tried to rub the mould off.”
