Unfortunately evri are really not reliable enough carriers for anything like plants on a time sensitive delivery schedule. The clematis prob left your warehouse looking good but arrived here 8 days later, etiolated and covered in mildew. I contacted Parkers who told me to just plant them out. We are looking after them and they are slowly recovering, many weeks after delivery. Had they been sent by royal mail 24 or even 48 hour post they would have arrived looking great. Not good service at all i am afraid.

The information available on line is very good. The ordering process works well along with the deliveries. The only negative is that plants that are bare-rooted are not very good and many do not grow.

5 plants turned up dead on arrival. Requested replacement or refund. No response from J Parker. Not impressed.

Some of your plants should not have been sent out as they were tiny or in very poor condition with little root if any in the case of some of the agapanthus and some of the roses. Also no labels with the roses or the shrubs, just a plastic bag with label printed onto a bit of paper. Very poor attention to detail and way below any other supplier I've used.

Hi William Thank you for your review and I am sorry to learn of your disappointment. All perennials at this time of year are reverting to dormancy as the sap returns to the roots so will not look at their best. Once planted they will settle their roots ready for winter but we would expect them to perform as advertised once the warmer spring weather returns.
