“Epic customer service! I've placed an order for my son just before Christmas, unfortunately one of the sweatshirts he wanted was out of stock. Zik went above and beyond to sort the issue. He offered me a different sweatshirt similar to the colour and with the same price, I didn't have to pay the extra as it was quite more expensive.
Arrived in no time, packed in the original box, genuine item. Zik was very patient, friendly and absolutely keen to satisfy my son and make him happy.
