“Service not to good sometimes send emails don't get answered or days later, I am a returning customer and I always look for discount but don't get it so I have moved elsewhere as get discount and answer.”

I am so sorry that you felt our service was not up to your expectations. I have done a thorough audit of your concerns and wonder if perhaps you have mixed us up with another company! We have just two transactions - 29/09/2021 last year for the printer, and then 17/05/2022 for some ink and media. We always strive to offer value for money in these challenging times.
