Thanks for letting me know David. As I said in my invitation we have changed review companies so I have contacted everyone who gave me a review on our old platform. I am sorry you have not used us for a long time so I am not sure a review of 1 star, just because we contacted you again is entirely fair as there is nothing wrong with the service or product we have given you in the past, but would of course welcome your business back. The last review on the old system you gave us 5 stars
