“I've had the same brush for over 25 years. Ok, I've changed the head twice, but it is a super little brush which I am now rather fond of and I am so pleased I can get replacement heads, keep it and reduce the impact on the planet too.”

“I bought this head hugger brush as a spare for holidays as I am so pleased with the one that I already have. However, although it’s the same size and shape the bristles are much softer. It doesn’t hold the hair firmly when blow drying and doesn’t give as good a finished result. In conclusion I’m disappointed with it.”

“After years since I bought my last lived Denman brush I was so disappointed with my new purchase. The handle was so thin and not comfortable to hold. The overall brush was not up to what I wanted. I donated it to Goodwill. I won’t be purchasing from Denman agaun.”

Hello Linda, thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear your new brush did not work out for you. Your previous brush may have been our D5 - 9 row heavy weighted brush which was slightly larger and had a matt finish to the handle. This brush is now discontinued, however we do have our D4 - 9 row brush which is available in both gloss and a matt finish handle. “Love my new brush. I have waist length hair and was frightened to get a new one as my old brush of over 15 years was the only brush that could manage my hair. There was no need to fear it’s fantastic!”

“I always use Denman brushes as I think they are the best I've ever used. I ordered direct from Denman as I was able to choose different colours to what is available in the highstreet. The website was easy to navigate. The purchase was easy (although I wanted one in every colour!!), and the brushes arrived nicely packaged in a cardboard box. Only negative is that I forgot to buy a replacement insert for one of my brushes but won't do that now due to the postage costs. My fault.”
