“I think the brushes aren't anything more special than what I could purchase in a store and feel and see before purchasing. I think to make purchase of brushes online really work, there needs to be free shipping both ways and better return policies. I can't see coming back here for another purchase. Your follow up emails do nothing to alleviate those most important issues.”

“I have used Denman brushes since I was in Highschool. My hair stylist worked for Vidal Sassoon when he started out in New York and Denman was the only brand he used in the salon. I still have an original Denman D9 which has the larger more solid handle. I am a tall guy and have big hands. The newer brush handles just seem too small and I wish they would still offer the larger more solid handle from the past. I would pay more for the larger handle, no problem! My 15 year old son loves these brushes for his longer hair and that is what he always uses (D4 model). Still the best brushes for the money!!!”
