“Website was great and easy to place an order and happy with the price, however one of the clips I purchased has only lasted a couple of uses and has now split on the 'handle' section in which you push to open the clip. I found this a little disappointing and not reassuring for the quality of the other two identical clips that I purchased at the same time. I've never had a quality issue before with Denman products and the only reason for repurchasing is misplacing the clips however this time maybe this won't be the case. Time will tell on the quality of the remaining two I am now left with. Delivery took longer than stated but this was with Royal Mail shortly before Christmas so I am aware they were busier than normal.”

“I purchased a small tangle tamer and large paddle tangle tamer for each of my sons. They both have longer hair. My youngest thought the brush was amazing, as it felt so much kinder; with no painful tugging. My oldest loved the large paddle brush on his really thick hair. He already owned a smaller tangle tamer.”

“When I was bought the original Denman brush almost 40 years ago, I noted, from the box, spares could be obtained. To my surprise, 40 years later, the spares are still available. Easy to order from the website.”

“The replacement pad/bristles fell apart after almost two weeks. Not used with any heating tools so very disappointed and put off using them in future. Perhaps a faulty batch?”

“I brought a total of 5 brushes if my coworkers die Christmas thinking these were the brush pads u was given last time after i spoke to Customer service. They broke within the first use, i don’t remember denman brushes breaking down like this they use to be way more durable. Not only did the brushes not last i received the wrong brushes. My order she put in for the all black brush and I got the black and Red ones”
