“Good quality brush, delivery prompt. Advertised as extra small for short hair.......it was huge so unusable for me. Not worth the hassle of sending back. The buyer pays postage and no refund, just a credit note, this no good to me as I appear to have picked the extra small brush already!”

“I was very pleased to be able to purchase replacement pads in two different sizes for several brushes we own as a family. The brush handles are sturdy and very long lasting so the replacement pads are a cost-effective and environmentally sound product. They proved rather difficult to fit until I saw the short video and suggestion that using a little washing-up liquid would help them slide into place. It worked!”
