“I would like to say that it would have been beneficial to me as a good customer to have given me the 20% discount before purchasing my hairbrushes as opposed to offering it after my purchase, this would have made my experience more satisfying.”

“I have to say that I am a little disappointed with the brush. It looks great but does not really brush the tangles out of my hair. Everyone told me how great the brushes were but once I have used mine I then go onto use the comb and find I still have knots and tangles in my hair.”

Hi Louise, thank you for your review of your new brush. If your hair is quite thick you may have to section the hair and take your time detangling. “I was delighted to be able to replace the brush I have had for many years whilst retaining the handle. After years of use the rubber had finally perished, but the handle, so familiar in my hand, is still perfectly fine. Now the brush feels as good as new and I am delighted to do my little bit to reduce plastic waste.”
