“Dalvey has exceeded every bit of expectation I had of their product. Recently a dear friend has had to endure so much in his personal life that he was feeling lost. I purchased a compass from Dalvey's product line, engraved with a personal reminder and it is simply stunning. I had occasion to be introduced to Dalvey's well crafted products in 1972, when I was five years old. Now 50 years later, I not only am reminded of their true craftsmanship, but also I re live the memory of that time with my grandfather, who was the recipient of a Dalvey's work of art way back then. Thank you, Dalvey's-for the beautiful piece, but also for bringing back the memory of true happiness across five decades. I remain a true fan girl of your organization. Cordially Erin Stark”

“I purchased the Dalvey Voyager Compass with White Mother of Pearl for my daughter. I added engraving to the Badge (with her 3 initials), and to the Interior (with a saying). The ordering process was incredibly flawless, as the website walked me through each of these steps with no surprises. When it arrived, here in New England (USA), I was so excited and pleased at the overall quality and the clarity of the engraving, I gave it to my daughter for a Winter Solstice gift, instead of for her upcoming birthday in February. I am very pleased with my purchase, and would certainly purchase quality items from Dalvey in the future.”

“Phenomenal customer service. I placed my order from the USA about a week before Christmas, and the Dalvey team managed to engrave my compass order and have it in the mail by the following business day. My order arrived well in time to be sitting under the tree on Christmas morning. And the Dalvey team was following up all along to make sure it arrived in time. You just don't see that level of customer concern very often. And the product of course is gorgeous, high-functioning, a beautiful gift. Thank you so much again to the Dalvey team!”
