“Excellent service. My order arrived in superfast time and everything was perfect with the product. “I purchased a compass for a christening gift. It arrived more quickly than I could have imagined, the engraving was perfect, and the item itself is absolutely beautiful. And even though I had no questions or problems, the follow-up from Customer Service assured me that if I ever have questions about a purchase, the support will be fast and thorough.”

“I ordered two compasses for a christening gift and both arrived very quickly considering they both had engraving on them. They are beautiful and so is the presentation box i ordered with it. Fantastic customer service, I would highly recommend Dalvey.”

“This was my first experience with the Dalvey Products. I was looking for a very special gift for a cardiologist who saved my husband’s life. First of all the company communication is “top notch”. I had many questions and contacted them through email several times, and had such prompt, immediate responses. They always responded with such eagerness, politeness and willingness to help you. They could not do enough to make sure you were happy with their product and the end result. I finally decided on what I was ordering, which was difficult as they have so many amazing products. I chose the compass and had it specially engraved. Though I myself made an error in my order and quickly caught it and emailed them right away in a panic!! They responded immediately and said, “yes we can take care of it”, and it was a done deal. I am so amazed in this day and age, that any company is so willing to work with their customers to make sure that both their product and the customer is happy with the outcome. I hope if anybody is looking for an excellent gift, be it a Compass or some other beautiful product they have on their website, you can be sure you will be completely satisfied with the communication and the end result of the product. I am so excited to give this very special well thought out gift to the person I’m giving it to. thank you so much to everyone at Dalvey Customer Care for your kindness, patience, support, and amazing suggestions for your products. “The Pocket watch I got for my husband is so beautiful in person. He gets compliments everytime he pulls it out. And I love the fact you can engrave it for a more sentimental touch. I'm beyond satisfied with my purchase and look forward to buying from here again!!! :) I love that customer support took the time to ask about my satisfaction with the purchase.”

“I am absolutely delighted to haveI found your Compass as a perfect, special gift for my husband on our 30th Wedding Anniversary (Pearl) - wonderful blue mother-of-pearl with my personalised special engraving.
