“Excellent customer service!!! Over the top service, so professional, friendly and quick with responses to my questions. Shipment to the US was a breeze and so quick, just a few days and that included the engraving. My husband loves the engraved Compass, such a beautiful gift. “I purchased an engraved compass for my son on his wedding day. I am so happy with my purchase. It was engraved beautifully and looked exactly as shown on the website. I was a bit concerned about it coming from overseas as I needed it quickly. I paid the extra 15 shipping and I received it 4 days later including the weekend. It is a unique, special gift I am very happy that I ordered it. I also contacted customer service about expediting my order. I actually got through to a real person and they were very responsive.”

“Ordered a pocket watch from my mum for a present for my dad for their 45th Wedding Anniversary. The website was easy to use and once the order was placed it arrived a few days later. The pocket watch was engraved with a special message from my mum to my dad which looked lovely. My dad was extremely happy with his gift as he is bed bound so there are not too many things you can buy him. He is proudly displaying this on his bed side table. Thank you very much for making my dad happy. Would highly recommended this company and will be buying of them again as he wants to get a pocket watch for each grandson to pass down.”
