“Simply top notch. The time piece and accessories were all flawlessly polished and engraved. The weight and hand feel are just right, not to heavy. The clasp operation is crisp and tight. The watch was very nicely packaged in a presentation box. The customer service was quite excellent and quick to respond. Definitely a positive shopping experience and a quality purchase.”

“I received my Full Hunter Pocket Watch this afternoon, delivered by UPS. It is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. I also requested a bespoke engraving when ordering the watch, which is expertly applied and sets the piece off perfectly. For those who love pocket watches, Dalvey products are very high quality, and extremely attractive. Even the chain and waistcoat button clip are much better made than those that one tends to see with most pocket watches. I would wholeheartedly recommend these products to anyone. My original order was lost by the Royal Mail. Dalvey however took care of this promptly and efficiently and refilled my order at no extra cost to me; their customer service was nothing short of excellent.”

“We ordered eight of the "Presentation - Grand Voyager Compass White Mother of Pearl" with individually personalized engraved messages and gift wrapping less than one week prior to a very important board meeting. Alexander, and all the personnel at Dalvey, were extremely responsive and pulled off the near-impossible task of having them prepared and delivered to our office in the United States in time for our meeting. They were quick to alert us to a potential delivery delay due to information needed for customs clearance and made sure all issues were addressed as promptly as possible. The board members were delighted with their gifts, and the entire process could not have gone any better. I would not hesitate to recommend Dalvey, both for its high-quality products, as well as its superior customer service.”

“I recently purchased three Dalvey Orb clocks as retirement gifts for Board members. Not only was the customer service exceptional in helping me understand the clock and how we could engrave it, but the clocks themselves were of the highest quality and were even more impressive when we received them in person. The boxing presentation was fabulous and the engraving was so beautiful. They even were able to engrave our organization's logo. I highly recommend this company and their products. I know our retiring board members will be impressed with their thank you gifts and will enjoy them for many years to come.”

“We purchased an engraved compass for our son for Christmas. Through no fault of Dalvey, we experienced numerous shipping issues. Through every step, Dalvey customer service was there to help. They were very persistent with the shipping companies and diligent in following up with us. Most of all, they were very kind and caring. Dalvey is a one-of-a-kind company! The compass is stunningly beautiful, the craftsmanship unmatched, and the perfect gift!”

“My experience with Dalvey has been exceptional. Their website was easy to use, their customer service was unbelievable. I made an error on the engraving and emailed the customer service department not expecting a quick response. I received one within a couple hours. They fixed my error and shipped the compass to me. The quality and workmanship of the compass was superb. The website and pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful. Definitely worth every penny.”

“Dear Dalvey, Thanks for the follow-up email, that is impressive these days. I am ecstatic that my order got here in time to give them to Cole and Connor on their baptism date. I was concerned that the overseas shipping could have delays, but they made it well in time!
