“In anticipation of my son’s college graduation I started looking for a pocket watch. My search began with local jewelry stores. They didn’t carry many in their stores so I turned to online searches. Googled best pocket watch companies but was leery. I came across Dalvey. Loved what I saw but still not sure. Spoke to their customer service a couple of times and felt reassured. So glad I ordered. The watch is so beautiful and so well made. It is solid! My son is still thanking me. Dalvey is an over 100 year old company and I can see why. Thanks Martha”

“Every aspect of my experience with Dalvey was an absolute delight, from the website ordering, prompt response to my questions all the way to receiving my order. I could not have asked for more. “I wanted to replace a micro flashlight that had been lost. It did not appear in the online stock so I rang Dalvey. Lauren Thomson Could not have been more helpful and efficient. She found that last remaining one in stock and it is now on its way to me. I am delighted with the service”

“I ordered a Dalvey compass as a gift for my boss's retirement. Time was VERY short because the party was impromptu. Yet Dalvey managed to get it there (Seattle WA USA) in time, gift wrapped and well packaged. While many companies offer "keepsake" compasses, none compare to the Grand Voyager. It is truly a work of art -- one that I was able to personalize with my own message. My boss couldn't have been more pleased. It's a rare thing these days to get more than you pay for, but for me this was one of those happy times!”
