“We ordered the white voyager mother of pearl compass as a retirement gift for one of our colleagues and it was perfect! I had some issues ordering due to the company credit card not being accepted overseas. Dalvey customer care responded back to my email instantly advising of the issue. Once ordered, we received the gift within a week (from Scotland to Perth, Australia). The recipient said it was such a beautiful and thoughtful gift. Very happy with the service and product. Thank you.”

“I ordered an engraved compass as a birthday gift for a dear friend and he loved it! I was so impressed with the amazing customer service, the engraving was done and the compass dispatched all on the same day. My gift arrived the next day in a beautiful presentation box. “The service was excellent. I had trouble with ordering, my iPad was playing up. In fact at one time it looked as I was ordering multiple gifts. but Flora was brilliant and quickly sorted my order out. Such an excellent service - ordered on a Thursday, delivered on Saturday. “Dalvey went far and above to ensure my son received a customized compass in time for his high school graduation.
